We would like to ensure you that the health and safety of our guests and team has always been our first priority. This is why we have been closely monitoring COVID-19 updates and complying in full with the guidelines that are set by the National Health Organization and WHO, in consultation with the Ministry of Health of Greece.

Following our government’s official instructions and additional measures, we boosted our hygiene protocols and maintained the highest standards of cleanliness. We thus implemented the Infection Control & Prevention plan that has been developed and adapted to fight this crisis, by intensifying cleaning & disinfection across all high-volume touch points & guestrooms, sanitizing all textiles, keeping simple & fast check-in / check-out procedures in outdoor areas, with electronic payments and invoicing for all upcoming reservations.

Here in Ionian Reserve, we are always looking out for you. We want you to sit back and relax, enjoy your every moment on the island and let us worry about the rest! We are extra cautious during this pandemic, having your back at all times. We keep contact information on doctors willing to visit our premises if needed, and we are in direct communication with Kefalonia hospital and clinics.

All precautionary standards are set in place to ensure a safe, healthy and protective environment! We are looking forward to welcoming you in our island again.
